Took my suit in for a cleaning and asked if they could do next day, they were able to and it was ready in time for the funeral I need it for but there was hair fuzz and a few pieces of string all over the shirt. Poor service

Brought an embroidery to be dry cleaned before framing. Left with an additional stain and the previous marks barely touched, on white fabric so it's very visible. I was looking forward to having an organic cleaner so close to home, but I'll be going somewhere else.
