Sorry, but the garage parking leaves you a bit of a trek. I would suggest parking on the street.
There used to be designated HC marked parking adjacent to the theatre. Might want to call the Orpheum directly or City of PHX info line to see if that is still the case.
I myself am handicap and always find it easiest to park on the street. Even the closest garages can be a trek just to get out to the street.
I would call the local public parking garages. Some are technically accessible, but would be difficult depending on circumstances. Street parking is also available.
