Their billing practices are dishonest, if not fraud. On the day of my procedure, I paid them ~$1500 upfront which would have made up my maximum out of pocket at that time. By the time their EOB was settled, I only owed them ~$1100. So the hospital owes me, ~$400. I have contact their billing agent numerous times and had BCBS intervene on my behalf. BCBS had contacted multiple times to resolve without any luck (many excuses like they don't have a copy of the EOB (not true), under review (whatever that means), haven't been paid by BCBS (not true), etc). After weeks of this, I received a bill from the hospital stating I owe them an additional ~$500 on top of the ~$1500 I already paid. It is completely clear they owe me money and it has been confirmed by BCBS. I am now being harassed by their billing agent with robo-calls at 630am, emails, and letters stating that I owe them this money. BCBS has again intervene (serveral more times) asking them to honor their contract and stop harassing me. Again so far no action from the hospital! I have filed a provider complaint with BCBS and will be filing a complaint with AZ AG at the end of the month. Do not go to this hospital! There are many better hospitals like Banner University! UPDATE: they finally refunded me the money they owed me after 2.5 months of fighting with them. BCBS was a big help to resolve this issue. Without them I believe I still be fighting with the hospital! BTW, if the hospital owes you money, you actually have to request the refund, so read your EOBs!

Abrazo heart has the nicest staff . Laurie was my nurse for 2 days, room 202, she couldn't have been nicer. Along with the night time staff and other medical people, the care was excellent. .Thanks Fred Clor

Hi I've been going to Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital since March of 2017 and they been very great I've been in and out of there I've been once to Goodyear do to my doctor wanted it done right away the nurse's on the other hand some are sweetie some are which gives you the silent treatment and takes for every to come to your room
