Technician was very courteous and went above & beyond in meeting our needs for "at home" services. He had trouble with internet connections to send his files, but persisted for almost an hour to get the job done. I would highly recommend their services if you need at home x ray or other such services.

My mother, who is elderly and in poor health, resides in an assisted living facility and was in need of an ultrasound. She cannot leave the facility, due to COVID-19, so her doctor sent an order to Pacific Mobile Diagnostics. Mom just called me to let me know how well it had went. She said that the technician was kind and compassionate and very professional. Not being able to see her myself, nor take her for tests, is really unsettling. I was really relieved to get her call, asking me to contact the company and tell them how grateful she was to have such an outstanding person sent out. Thank you!!

This really is a good place to work, ive been to other places and their setup is really efficient. They were very kind, but as their fastest tech and having a family, they couldnt find a day shift for me after 3 years of service and even gave my day slot away to an employee that left and came back (who was ultimately fired for violence). I had to leave only because of family time, other than that they are the most dependable company in the valley!

Scheduled at 1 pm, arrived at 7:30 pm with no communication from the company. Terrible sceduling/dispatching. Tech was kind and efficient once they arrived but we will never use them again.
