They are not too strict about attire, but it is a very nice place, so you should clean up if you don't want to stick out like a sore thumb. The staff will still be very nice to you, no matter what you wear.
Dress pants, dress shirt. Worth the effort!
At least business casual at the minimum
My wife and I were shorts and t-shirts, but were treated as well as anyone there. Orlando has a large tourist business so they are accommodating.
It was our anniversary so we dressed up. I have worn jeans before and that was okay. GREAT food and GREAT service.
Since this restaurant is in a predominantly tourist area, I see a lot of casually dressed tourists dining there.
