Was at FiveSixty a month ago, not sure what the prices were when you went but main plates were $30-40 with side dishes around $8. Sushi varies depending on what you get, but around $10 for 2 pieces of nigiri and around $20 for rolls. Valet parking was $5. Agree with others that website has most accurate prices.
