Or, you can purchase a City Pass for use in multiple locations. The past can be purchased at any of the locations.
Tickets are needed in order to go up to the observation deck only and are bought at the bottom. Not needed for the restaurant/bar.
For the restaurant area you need a reservation. For the bar area no reservation is necessary.
You buy the tickets downstairs then take the elevator to the top
