If you just want to visit the tower and cafe, there are no reservations required. Just park near the tower there is a parking lot just down the sidewalk. You walk thru the hotel to gain access. The cost is like $17 but it's all day access with no reentry. Now if you want to visit Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck you will need to make reservations for that.
