They are taking too long to have my apartment ready I got approved in February and still waiting... what’s the hold up

They have a waiting list and many other people are on it applying at the same time. Sometimes people drop off the waiting list and it bumps the next ones up or they have to legally evict someone and it slows the rest down. Its a first come and first served basis though. I applied back in summer of 2018 and got in a month and a half later and moved in but it was right when HUD began their work here. The wait should not exceed one year, just keep calling to check and you'll be home soon enough 🏡

They did me the same way I got approved in December but moved in at the end of January cause they had to take the people to court cause they didn't want to leave. Keep calling them I like it here.
