As a former military and home owner i know what it takes to live in a rental property. It takes more than coordination, dedication and effort. Ever since I've been in this property all my issues have been solved without hesitation and resilience. My management is so good they have to go out and help other properties. Tomi and Emma always greet me with a smile and by name. The staff is eager to help and I'm very grateful for their attitude to help. All of them stop by to say hi and smile. Office is clean and organized. Based on my years of experience, I do give them a five star rating, because I know what it takes! I strongly recommend it! *****

These apartments, office staff, and maintenance guys are beyond 5 stars. You get what you pay for. Communicate issues on time and GUARANTEED that they will be fixed within a short and reasonable time period. The office women are always so heartwarming and welcoming with the biggest smiles. Raul with maintenance is one of the friendliest and nicest folks I have met. Such a safe place for students and families!

I’ve been here for over a year and a half, hands down the best place to live. Everything is always so kept up with, from landscaping to the pool and any issue I’ve had, has always been fixed within a few days. Such a beautiful and peaceful apartment complex to live in. Tommie and Ella have definitely brought so much joy to the office. They go out of their way to help with any issues or misunderstandings. You ladies are beyond amazing!! Definitely not going anywhere from Stonegate.
