My wife and I have lived in this community for the past 3 months, and I must admit it has been a more than wonderful experience for the both of us! From the moment we walked in to their leasing office, to be given a tour of the complex with Tracie, we knew we had found the place that was perfect for us! Tracie gave us a wonderful and educational tour of the community, along with an entire list of all the community activities and social events that take place in what seems like almost a daily basis. The entire staff here is phenomenal, from Tracie in the leasing department, to the gentlemen in management department , and all the maintenance personnel, each and every request of ours has been handled at lightning speed, and with a smile! The entire staff is always happy and willing to help you out with anything. The other residents here are also very friendly and inviting, they actually go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and invite you to join in on all the events. I can honestly admit, I never imagined just how much my wife and I would enjoy calling this home!

I love it at Soléa Tavolo Park. I've been here a month and have met lots of people. So far, I’ve been to 3 parties and a concert. There’s something going on all the time! The staff is wonderful. Every time they see you they ask if you need anything! The residents are so helpful! I have yet to meet someone in the hallway or elevator, who hasn’t smiled and introduced themselves! My apt is gorgeous! I could not be more pleased! The ceilings are quite high and the windows very large. As a night person, I always worry I might be disturbing my neighbors. However, I’ve been told no one has heard my TV, washer/dryer shower or ice machine at any time, day or night. The insulation is great! One of my favorite things are the varied and incredible views. Sometimes I sit on my balcony reading and find myself getting drawn in just watching the world go by! As far as I’m concerned, I’ve made my last move!
