As someone who was preparing a cross country move back to Texas, I've gotta say that the staff here really made the process painless and simple! Mesha was a delight to work with and I appreciate her willingness to answer any questions that I or my partner have (even the dumb ones!). Although there were a few things that needed to be fixed after moving in, the maintenance team was quick to fix it and friendly. I've lived in apartments where the landlords and maintenance team neglect the resident's repair requests, so it's refreshing to see that's not the case here. As for the apartment units themselves, I'm pleased to say that it's got charm! Our unit in particular has a great industrial feeling to it, with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and even hardwood floors to boot. All in all, I've had a great time living here. Bonus points for the rent being pretty good compared to neighboring complexes in the area.

The majority of our homes do have washer and dryer connections in the apartment. For the couple of homes that do not have washer and dryer connections and for residents that do not have their own washer and dryer we do have laundry facilities on site.
Thank you for the question. We offer onsite parking. We have carports for our residents to utilize and open parking for guest. We do not offer reserved spaces.
De Zavala Elementary is our elementary school, EM Daggett is our middle school, and RL Paschal is our high school.
Laura, Thank you for the question. Some of our homes are affordable units and we do accept Fort Worth and Tarrant County housing vouchers.
You have to call Parker Commons Apartments for that question I've been here over 6 years and it change from that time.
