Good luck trying to find help I’m 19 with two kids me and my bf felt the same way. We just left after the second month got something in his name but a broken lease remains on my credit and I emailed there corporate office all the corporate did was notify the apartments that I emailed them😂 so there’s really nothing you can do🤷🏼♀️ At least I’ve tried everything before we moved. Thought these apartments would have been a good place to save money because it was affordable but you get what you pay for I guess?
Yes bed bugs, roaches, and people squatting in vacant apartments office wil not do anything to fix it.

I would check with the leasing office and stay in close contact with police.

They say you have to pay water which ranges between 15-70 dollars depending on what they decide that u need to pay. No water meters are in sight but they can magically see how much water u have used.
