Great management personnel doing their best for the comfort of the residents. From Joan, the manager and Melissa assistant manager, who are always willing to listen and act on a problem. Miriam the leasing agent always open for conversation. And Juan, the careful, patient, polite lead maintenance man. I am pleased and honored to live in this community. Great job folks.

This is the best apartment complex I never seen!! The office staff gave me an amazing experience! (Joann, Melissa and Miriam) I fell in love with my new and renovated apartment! I can’t wait to move in! The property looks so clean! They gave me a tour of the property and I really like it! Thank you again for your attention and the good moment! I will for sure, refer friends and family!

Pros: it was a relatively affordable place, I generally felt safe, and there is a decent amount of storage/space. It's located close to several grocery stores and there's a few nice trails and parks nearby. Cons: poor insulation around doors and windows so electric bill was high, It's older and things were painted over rather than replaced, like our AC unit that was filthy and never taken care of, and the apt always smelled old/musty (and towards the end of the contract we had a terrible skunk issue). Amenities and gate were not functional most of the time. The management switched over just a couple months before we left, so things may have changed for better or worse, but so above all we have been disappointed with their communication and dishonesty. They fail to respond to emails and calls, are delaying the return of our deposit for no given reason, and are charging for damages that were pre-existing. If they would have been better in following through professionally with our move out, I would increase the rating, but I would not wish families to go through the same treatment and would just recommend to do your research and see if it's worth settling for.
