I been here 4 yrs and need had a roach in my apt maybe she brought them with her. Maintenance is always here in a timely manner when I call them.
It's pretty quiet. Maintenance is 50/50 I'd say. I had to have then out twice in one week to fix my AC, but they did finally get it fixed. And yes, there is a horrid roach problem. I've had them spray probably 5+ times and it never helps. They are freaking everywhere and it doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment.
They are real quiet. Maintenance is a little slow. Insect prevention is included in the rent each & every month so u can request they spray any time you like.
