POLITICAL TIME BOMB WAITING TO EXPLODE due to poor management. This property manager told me and staff members (in front of me) that she feels we are a community of racists and that “residents call to complain every time black or Mexican people show up.” She knows this because “her husband is one” she explained. This could not be further from the truth, as most of the residents here are very loving and accepting of all. This is an unfair and dangerous way to classify the residents you serve and puts a target on their backs and on this community… especially considering that the staff she reported this to are black and Hispanic. I began recording this conversation when I realized what she was saying… and sent it to corporate by email. No response. I also spoke to Regional Director of CWS, Amber Graff, and sent it to her. She never back to me as promised nor returned my calls. Seemed like a GREAT community, and I have been very involved in the community garden and women’s group. However, I’m now moving due to concerns for my safety. There are PLENTY of amazing communities in FW… steer clear of this one!

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year now. We absolutely love it here! The management is wonderful and always so quick to answer questions. Maintenance is always on top of our requests and even works around our big dog. The location is absolutely amazing. I always appreciate all the activities going on at the community too. It really feels like its own little neighborhood. We love it here and plan to be here for a lot longer!

I have lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed it! The staff are so welcoming and kind and the residents could not be friendlier. It is so wonderful to live at an apartment complex where everyone is so neighborly! And the location is perfect!
