Zero stars if I could. Pretty sure there’s insurance fraud & double billing going on. Relative charged for procedures not performed & office manager was extremely rude when we inquired. She tried to intimidate from the moment she got on the phone. As far as Dr Rashid goes he kept having our relative come back for follow ups & did nothing. Just said he’s been doing this for 35 years & he knows my relative’s epilepsy will get better because he loves her. Never ordered any testing, just talked with her & billed for counseling. Said he believed she was overmedicated but never tested her levels & then put her on more epilepsy medication. So weird & unprofessional!

This office is a joke! I won’t recommend it to anyone! I went for seizures and they wouldn’t even talk about it, scheduled me a nerve conduction test for arms and legs. The office canceled me and rescheduled more than once. Then had the nerve to say I don’t come to my appointment. I have called several times crying about my seizures. They gave me NO HELP OR SUPPORT! Horrible office staff and horrible bedside manor of the DR! I Don’t recommend for PT that need help, you won’t get it there.

My mother was a patient here and she has chronic seizures that are anxiety triggered. We have been consistent with our communication with this office and I can't tell you how many times they have rescheduled her bc the doctor wasn't in that day. I just got off the phone with a nurse and they said that she can no longer be a patient here because she's missed appointments and "doesn't want to put in the work". She has missed 1 appointment and I called and told them ahead of time that we weren't able to make it. This is absolutely absurd. I won't ever be returning to this office. I would not ever recommend this office to anyone who is having problems similar to my mother's. Thank you.

I have seen so many different neurologists. Dr. Rashid is on the quiet side, but the tests he set me up for, no one has been that meticulous with me to try to narrow things down. I have a follow up in a few days.. so I may change my reviews
