So I must start by saying, I went in without the expectation of buying a new guitar. My love is for acoustic guitars. I walked in and being a chris Stapleton fan as well as country music fan, the Gibson J-45 has been a dream guitar of mine. Living in central New York, they are very tough to come by. So I went in and saw this J-45 sitting behind the glass. I really wanted to try it. That is when the employee, Jack, greeted me and said “absolutely you can try it”. I tried a few other guitars and Jack was absolutely spectacular. He was very personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and overall made the entire experience fantastic. So I had my heart set on this new guitar and said I would come back tomorrow. Jack went out of his way to put the guitar on hold for me for the following day even though I never asked him to do that. The next day sure enough it was there. I did a trade in which went incredibly smooth and walked out with an amazing guitar. The guitar is spectacular but what was even more remarkable was the “family-like” experience I received. If you are looking for a guitar, I insist that you go and find Jack at the Dewitt Syracuse guitar center. He will treat you right and help you find your next guitar. 5 stars through and through.

Nice selection of instruments, knowledgeable employees and decent prices. We've bought a starter guitar package and bass package for my daughter and have had good experiences both times. The repair center does good work as well.

Incompetent, poor product knowledge, poor customer service, and zero work ethic....and they'll lowball you with ridiculous offers.....no surprise this company has flirted with bankruptcy numerous times

They're usually good at ordering material but there's a good selection. I'd call and ask.
Call store and ask customer service.
Sporadically, however you're required to become a soul-less automaton.
Yes. But be careful bc you won't get what you think. Better to try online 1st
i do not remember seeing any brass at the Syracuse NY location at all
Yes, but not a huge selection.
