Beautiful place in Syracuse. I discovered this amazing Men’s gym while on a trip from Buffalo to NYC. Syracuse is a wonderful place and the Red Gym Mens Club is one of the best things for men in the city. Close to I-81, this gym has the cleanest sauna and steam room. Joe is amazing and keeps the entire place spotlessly clean. The patio is another jewel on the crown. There is a mixed crowd of men and they talk respectfully .. never felt out of place. You have the options of renting a locker or a room and the room is the best choice. It’s a lovely private safe place by wonderful men for other men. We definitely need more of these in America. Thanks Joe for one of the best experiences in my life. Have been to East Side in NYC and Steamworks in Chicago and this place is hands down a winner .. ❤️❤️. Will post photos as well next time I visit.
