Anytime you call to speak with the manager she’s never available. I paid too much rent in October and November when I asked for my money order back they told me it was already processed. Then when I moved out they still have yet to return my deposit or my overpaid rent UPDATE! I called again and once again she unavailable… then when you ask for corporate number they gave me a random guy number. They are frauds and will be making several complaints

Water/trash extra on rent, pay electric...BUT DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAFF IS THE WORST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH
According to the leasing agent, garden tubs are provided in all units. However, for two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, only the master bathroom will get the garden tub. I'll recommend calling during their office hours to find out for sure.
5 poor management and they are rude and never fix anything for months at a time
No evictions, We were told they would consider my 4th year active bankruptcy, but after initial meeting, viewing and doing app was told answer from corporate would take 48-72 hrs... when we didn't hear anything in 4 days, NO THEY HAD NOT TXT, V.M. EMAILED OR CALLED, we did😣 was told by Assist manager that WE STILL had ALOT of paperwork to sign, we both had done COMPLETE apps, provided all required documents for the 1st visit...then the verification DEMANDS KEPT GROWING OVER 2 WEEKS...MIND YOU, you have to pay an app fee each person, an admin fee, non refundable AND the DEPOSIT, only REFUNDABLE if you're DENIED, if you change mind, or back out, it's $300 NON-REFUNDABLE
What is there to elaborate? Is a very straightforward question
