Horrible place to live. Maintenance never comes out. Finally installed a door with no peep hole. Be careful with the stair rails because they will not hold your weight. not wheelchair accessible at all. I was grateful for a roof.

When I lived there every time it rained water poured in around the windows. It would use every towel I had to keep the water from seeping across the floor and damaging my stuff. Maintenance said they couldn't find the leak while it was raining. When it stopped raining, they said they couldn't find the leak when it WASN'T raining. Trash piled up all around the dumpsters for days. Smelled horrible. Sketchy people hanging out day and night. No way I went out of my apartment unless it was straight to my car and outta there, or take trash to dumpster. Always loud obscene music next door. Noise all night. Don't even think about looking at apartments there. Don't even drive by. They need to tear the whole place down and start over.

WARNING! LONG RANT! These people overcharged my elderly mother for years because she would pay cash, the office staff added extra money to the bill that was paid on time, when I took over paying her rent online for her, the rent bill was approximately $20.00 less per month. In 2020 I had enough of these rats, and took my mother out of there after they decided to add rules and regulations to a lease without the tenants consent, they broke the lease contract and figured no one would notice. A contract cannot be amended without both parties agreeing after the lease or contract is signed and a new lease or addendum has to be created and agreed upon!. And yes, the stories about rain coming in to the apartments is true I have video proof of that and witnessed it myself. In fact the State was called and only then did the so called managers take action but a bit of roof patch will not last for long. I have recorded the conversation I had with the crooks and they clearly implied that if we didn't like the roadblocks they created against the elderly after the lease agreement was already signed to move her out, so that was my cue, I got them to break the lease agreement once again and recorded them doing just that. My mother lived there for almost 20 years and always had problems with mold, sewage smells, rain coming in, overflowing trash containers, no railings on the stairs for the elderly apartments, dog Shx?x*t everywhere from other tenants, noise, people with a bunch of non resident kids staying there for months, not enough parking for the disabled, traffic cutting through the parking lot going 50MPH etc. I give The springs Apartments a 4 fingers down and a middle finger up. My mother was very patient and cordial with them and enjoyed her independence but enough is enough so I moved her out of that piss hole and created a safe clean space for her. I have Voice recordings, videos , images. Remember tenants have rights and TEXAS is a one party consent state which means you can record your conversations and challenge the lies your renters tell you over the phone or in person using a recording app, take pictures of your lease agreements and save them, that is very useful in court. If you are the manager and read this and you were not there in 2020 and after, this message is not for you, I sincerely hope you are better than the previous clowns acting as managers. To those of you that are still enjoying your stay or things became better I wish you the best. to those that don't have a choice, be good tenants , obey the rules, pay on time and document everything , attorneys love documented evidence. I've never had any of these problems, but i take care of my apartment like you should. If you keep it clean, and maintain it like a normal, clean person. You'll never have the problems. Half these people live in mountains of trash and dont clean, and then complain, why the have roaches and mold. And no they dont have washer or dryer connections. But they have wasing facilities throughout the property. And if youre looking to move ask about the townhomes they are so much better for the same price.

That's not cool. If it's an emergency or if something is broken, maintenance people anywhere would knock and say "maintainance". The complex should also have a texting option when it comes to emergency fixes AKA water, Plumbing, or something like that. Report him to your apartment office.

Do not move in these apartments my apartment is infested with pack rats, mosquitoes, roaches, and black mold I have a two year old son who has been having a nose bleeds due to the mold I told the office about my issues they haven’t resolved them yet

Mistletoe Station Apartments enter tenant apartment without consent and no notice which is illegal. That's why I hired a babysitter to babysit the management and maintenance so everytime they even attempt I document and it will be used in court. They are brazen and that's why you have to take them to court and put them in their place. They need to know there will be consequences for their brazen illegal activity

This is a wonderful apartment complex! I have lived here since November of last year and it is absolutely wonderful! Nice quiet neighborhood wonderful neighbors great staff at leasing office and it's close to everything West 7th and downtown
