I've never had any of these problems, but i take care of my apartment like you should. If you keep it clean, and maintain it like a normal, clean person. You'll never have the problems. Half these people live in mountains of trash and dont clean, and then complain, why the have roaches and mold. And no they dont have washer or dryer connections. But they have wasing facilities throughout the property. And if youre looking to move ask about the townhomes they are so much better for the same price.
I can not wait until my lease is up way too many bugs here I should of known when I saw a dead bug on the floor when I went to view it .
Yes, mold, ants and roaches . The apartment above me flooded twice. Maintenance don’t come to fix anything, only to report what you are doing in the privacy of your home.. my neighbors put cameras in their home because maintenance would always come inside their apt. When they were gone.. The wood in Most of the apartments are rotten, it rained inside my apartment the whole year . I complained about the leak for months, it never got fixed., but when my boyfriend came to visit with his dog 5 months later, I got a letter on my door THE NEXT DAY ABOUT A DOG FEE lol
Tons of apts with roaches and mold at this place, it should be demolished

yes,I have noticed some roaches in apartment number 2203 since I moved in on the 24th of January 2022! I keep my apartment very,very clean on a daily basis.As for mold,I don't have that problem.😁😁😁😜😜😜😜☺☺😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😂😂😂😂😂😂
