This is a terrible place to live. When you are late one rent. Mary is quick to place an eviction notice on your door. When you place a work order, nothing gets fixed. I have been with out hot water for almost a month. I have to boil water to take wash offs. Sad sad sad. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.
