They open the courts at 8am you can go then. They have a kiosk machine that has that option (request payment plan) you hit that option and it will give you a number. When they call your number they will either set up a plan with you then, or have you see the judge right then.
They have court at 8a.m better be there around 7:25a.m so you can see the judge and state your plea.
