It's a great place to live, and the people who stay there are so friendly. I'm very thankful that I came in touch with so many people, and to see there kids coming to visit is just a joy. However I just want to say thanks for helping me out over the last several years. If anyone out there is looking for a job, we can use the help. Thanks to everyone

Moving to HS has turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. I still can’t believe how smoothly and quickly the move went - thanks to the recommendations H.S. gave me for the services of a Realtor, Estate Sale, & Movers. They were wonderful!!! But what has surprised me the most after moving in is how uplifting my daily life has become. The staff is incredibly hard-working and friendly, and do everything they can to support us,. I love my apartment, and am offered so many activities to choose from to add vitality to my life….and the friends I’ve made!!! I received a card recently w/an Irish Blessing: “May your home always be too small to hold all your friends.” My heart is overflowing with gratitude to God, family, and HS for making this chapter of my life so wonderful.

They keep raising the rates, nickel and diming us everywhere.

I got the same opinion about HS as I did 5 yrs ago- an exellent place to be- you got almost all your needs fullfilled - but friendliness, kindness and helping hands are at the top of the list. All workers are extraordinary great people - you feel so special when they are helping you ! Come, you'll be happy you did !

Would like to know exact prices of what it will cost to move in a one bedroom. All deposits and fees. Please answer, looking around.
Varies depending on how many people, parking options, etc. But about $4000 is a ballpark figure.
You would need to contact Highland Springs office.
The 20 meal plan reduces the service fee by $60 per month. Basic cable is included. I'm not sure about internet, but I suspect not. Free parking is available on campus but somewhat limited. If you want an assigned parking space, either outside, undercover, or in a garage, there is an extra fee monthly.
Yes, most of their buildings are independent living. They are rapidly expanding. They do have one building, Fountain View, that contains assisted living, memory care, and post-acute/nursing care.
Various sizes are available but 1500 sqft is about the largest.
Its better to make appointment to go see if you like it just asking questions on line doesn't do any good. Its a great community. People who live there are very nice lots of activities. Go see if its for you.
Put in a request to your manager by filling a form.
There is a deposit due upfront that is 90% refundable and accessible if need be. Monthly varies on size and location and starts at 2,100 a month. Includes most things like meals and utilities.
The attachment is basically a lease with a significant, refundable deposit. There are a large variety of floor plans which include two bedrooms with another space. Call the office to discuss further. Great place with many activities and continuing care on campus.
Please elaborate. Who is this question directed to? Residents or management?
There are sugar-free and SmartSweet desserts widely available.
