There's gotta be a heaven, because I've already served my time in purgatory. The securitas guard who scanned me with his wand was friendly enough, but it was all downhill from there. The employees are miserable as a rule, clearly drawn from the same pool of unhappy diabetics used to staff the DMV. When I tried to tell the woman at the front desk that I wanted to pay a parking ticket, she cut me off before I could finish my sentence "give me your ticket, hurry, hurry!" No clue what the rush was. When I tried to ask a follow up question, I was rudely cut off once again with "Do you want to speak to somebody?" I thought I already was speaking to somebody, but somebody else sounded pretty good at this point, so I took a number and waited. When my number came up, I was directed to window 4. The woman here was also fairly miserable, but less outwardly condescending. For a minute, it looked like I would be able to pay my ticket and get out quickly, but then #4 printed me out a piece of paper and told me to wait for my number to be called again. There were only 5 or 6 people in the waiting area, but nobody seemed to be moving. Of the 13 windows, at most 3 were manned. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I gave up and left. If management is reading this, train me for 5 minutes and set me up behind one of those empty windows, and I'll get everyone out and on their way in a fraction of the time, and I'll do it with a smile. You don't even have to pay me, I'll do it as a public service.

They are in violation of title 15 and cause HARM to the public HJR192 12 U.S.C.411 TITLE 15>CHAPTER 41> SUBCHAPTER> 1692 Congressional findings and Declaration of purpose (a) Abusive practices....There is abundant evidence of the use of abusive deceptive and unfair Debt collection practices By many debt collectors. Abusive debt collection practices contribute to the number of personal bankruptcies, to marital instability, to the loss of jobs, and to invasions of individual privacy

Never in my entire life have I seen such an unprofessional environment as I did on 2/5/2020. I walk over to window 4 specifically . The woman was sarcastic rude dismissive and told me she was not going to process my loan cause she had to go home (45 minutes to closing time for the day). I spoke with the supervisor at the front desk to inform her of the workers disgusting behavior and I was told sarcastically "sorry" as if my complaint meant nothing. Avoid window 4 if you can. So rude. She was there both days I went.
