Such a bad treatment by their employers. I really felt discriminated with her attitude and lack of help. Very mean and unnecessary attitude

Even if you hand them the documents by hand, they will still lose them. I don't understand why a bunch of application procedures have to be done in-person, it's as inefficient as the third world.
