In all my time using the parking app, I have never had such a terrible experience. A minor error on their end was paid at my expense. From incorrect information displayed, posted, and printed. With ample evidence my ticket was overturned, after going to the wrong location printed in said violation, after double paying while incorrect information is posted in the lot, as well as paying for parking due to “recently moved” location. I’m sure between taking off work, gas from misc driving about, additional parking, that I lost more than the incorrect violation given. But hey lesson learned, I will no longer use inner city Dallas parking. The hassle, poor service, and run around really isn’t worth this

Go to your court get a number tell teller you request to see the judge that day plead not guilty and they will set your case for trail get their email address so when you do get your proof and email it and get it dismissed without having to go back but remember you cannot get anything done without walking into court. PS ... Tell teller to pull up all of your driving record so that you can verify you don't have any other tickets elsewhere. Have a wonderful and blessed day 🙏
