Yes there are. Recommend you stop at the visitors center and pick up a detailed map. Just remember to hike with a friend, enjoy!

Really easy it's all flat ground. Check out swallow hallow and the main trail head off 77 just before feeder Rd. Both are very pretty and easy hiking. Schools take field trips there. Swallow hallow is mostly wooden boardwalk which is pretty cool.

I'm not sure how the trails are I don't go on the trails I just fish the waters there
