"Abandon 'Hope' all ye who enter here" Did some camping last weekend at Jenny Jump with my family. We were hoping to get some local fishing just in just for fun but were turned away by the signs stating "Residents Only" Never have I heard of a resident only park. Such a shame because it looks like a beautiful place to visit but obviously if you're not local then you're not welcome.

This is a beautiful city park, too bad only Residents of the town of Hope can use it. It would make a great wayside for a weary traveler to rest for a moment, take the dog for a walk and enjoy this lovely area.

Question......I personally witness someone catching large bass at Swayze Mill Lake and keeping them. I know this lake is catch & release only....does anyone know who I should call or how to in force this written rule. Thank you...

Hope Blairstown township should be the ones to call...but Fish &Game give warnings...i have seen warnings given at that lake,...its crazy ,you can catch fish for eating anywhere why take from such a healthy place.

Isn't this park for Hope Residents only?
