Every time my wife picks the family up food from this establishment they always forget something and it's usually pertaining to my food either they forget to put my sandwich in the bag or they make it wrong or they forget some sort of condiment. I have had it with this place they can never get one of my orders correct

It seems lately that the employees they have just don't seem like they want to have a job. They just don't want to be there and don't care. I used to go there quite often and they have gotten a lot of new people. They have even been talking back to customer's when they have gotten the order wrong. Including the cooks. I tried calling to talk to management but the phone just kept ringing and no one answered. So now I just take my business elsewhere. They really need to evaluate there employees and get rid of the bad and keep the few good ones they have before they lose even more customer's.
Yes they do have a drive through. Although your items are cooked to order it doesn't take long, they have a great drive through system that is fast and efficient!
I don't know about all Florida locations, but this one does.
They hire clean cut, service motivated youth and adults, including the disabled. They are an equal opportunity employer. I know this because I have been a guest in several states and never had a bad service experience.
