It seems lately that the employees they have just don't seem like they want to have a job. They just don't want to be there and don't care. I used to go there quite often and they have gotten a lot of new people. They have even been talking back to customer's when they have gotten the order wrong. Including the cooks. I tried calling to talk to management but the phone just kept ringing and no one answered. So now I just take my business elsewhere. They really need to evaluate there employees and get rid of the bad and keep the few good ones they have before they lose even more customer's.
The employees, unfortunately don't care and it's sad... I stopped going there due to the lack of food quality and customer service.
I went there and numerous employees went out of their way to help us. For ex., the counter told me they did not have raspberry vinaigrette for my salad. A minute after sitting down with my food, an employee brought the raspberry vinaigrette to me. Can't beat that. The person taking our order suggested ordering a certain combo with the food I asked for, saving us money. Very nice of him. Examples of employees caring to help - on their own.
