Follow the guide as you drive to see everything all the wildlife, fish, birds. I don't know if they show snow geese but you should call them and ask.
I believe kayaks launch at the boat ramp, located below the Harriet Tubman museum.

There guide says April through September. Go to their website and search fishing for all the details. Fishing and crabbing are restricted to boats and the Key Wallace roadway across the Little Blackwater River. No fishing or crabbing is permitted along the Refuge shoreline or the Wildlife Drive. Blackwater NWR waters include the Blackwater and Little Blackwater Rivers and the associated expansive shallow water marsh areas.
