I bought 8 bushel of # 1 last Saturday morning at 7:30 am . Brought them straight back to our store and went through them . We ended up with 2 bushel of dead,4 bushel of pure trash light crabs and 2 bushel of #1. The absolute worst crabs we bought all season. I will never buy from them again.

I think Kool Ice has definitely delivered to me the best crabs and seafood. I always am very pleased.

Crabs were not fresh, didn't taste good at all. Opened about 6 that couldn't even be eaten.

I previously would have given 4 or 5 stars as we have bought our fresh seafood here for years.. calling and reserving what we wanted and never had a problem. However, this past Sunday, my son called to reserve a dozen live jumbo softshell crabs, told the lady we were coming from Millsboro and offered to pay with his debit card over the phone. The woman wouldn't let him pay for them and rudely told him that if he wasn't there to pick them up within 40 minutes, she wouldn't hold them any longer. Then, while we're making the trip from Millsboro to Cambridge, another lady called back to tell him the first woman sold them., after he told her were were ON THE WAY TO GET THEM. She was very rude and we've never experienced such rudeness and lack of professional customer relations here before. Very disappointed
