You need to call and make sure we activate watchtveverywhere first. Next, you either need a Smart TV that supports HBO Max or a device like Roku or Amazon Fire. Instructions are on our web site here https://bcctv.com/watch-tv-everywhere/

So if we do not upgrade we will lose ALL of the channels and just have internet?

Hi Marian, thank you for your question. Our analog service must go away for a variety of reasons some of which are out of our control because of changes in technology. So yes those channels will go away. It's not an upgrade as much as we need you to permit us to install digital boxes that will provide you with high definition pictures, interactive program guide, and if all the channels that were previously in our analog lineup. The price is in most cases only about $5/mo because of the boxes. That's it and if you don't like it we can always remove the service since we don't lock you into a contract.
