I wish I could take some stars away from 1. They always lie and miss our trash pickup. They never refund our money when they miss a pickup, and they lie and keep saying we picked up the trash. Unreal!!! Avoid them at all cost. Today we found another company and our neighborhood is switching. Centreville MD

Worst trash pickup company on the planet. Ignorant employees, trucks leak fuel and oil on your driveway, best of all they save your credit card info for after you cancel your account at which time they continue to charge it and you have to go the bank and dispute the charges. They have missed multiple pickups and the poor office staff have to deal with everyones wrath. When you call to say they missed a pickup they say they will make a ticket for your pickup because they missed it (followed by there was a new driver/dispatcher that didnt know, B.S.), the trash sits there for another week stinking and you hope they pick it up next week, walking my trash all the way to the end of my long driveway all week long. When I called to cancel they wouldnt compensate me for missed pickups either by refunding some, or giving a few free pickups to make up for it. Also they bill 3 months in advance, today they charged me for April, May and June and refuse to refund me even though I will never receive the service and have cancelled. Dont make the mistake of calling this company!!!! Horrible company!!

Horrible . Dumpster truck broke our fence , trash was all over my yard . We were asked to send pictures of the trash and the broken fence . Did so ASAP . This was November . I have called every single week . Month . I’m told “ the manager will call you back “ . I have yet to receive a call back . The poor girls in the office are left to handle the communities frustration while the manager owner whomever - does nothing . I’ve begged them to cancel our account and take the dumpster and still NOTHING . Horrible business . Never again .
