I made my appointment for wisdom teeth removal over a month ago. When I got there, I filled out paperwork and everything was going fine. I asked if my significant other can come back after I’m done with surgery and the front desk lady looked at me like I had 6 heads and asked what I was talking about. When I stated again that I’m here for wisdom teeth removal she said, no you aren’t? The doctor is only here once a month, this is a consultation. When I made the appointment, it would’ve been nice to know that it was just a consultation; they literally said REMOVAL DAY when the appointment was made. Never mentioned that the doctor was only there once a month. I’m very busy and this was the only time I was able to go. Mostly super disappointed because I had to drive close to an hour to even get there. Make sure your staff give ALL of the needed information when making appointments, maybe your reviews would be better.

1 Star Review well deserved! Dear ChopTank Dental Located in Cambridge MD, I have never been so disappointed. I’ve been a patient at this office for years now and had nothing but good experience until today 4/30/2021! The Staff we’re kind as usual. My complaint is how I was treated by Dr. Badri, poor treatment towards me as a patient. Also my appointment was set at 10:45 am this morning and I wasn’t treated until 11:50am AN HOUR & 5 Minutes after scheduling, I’m a very business man and my time was not in consideration. You have to do better Chop Tank, I want it to be known publicly that this is MY LAST TIME visiting your Office, Farewell.
