Hi, "Really rude service sucks", what happened exactly? When seeing a comment like this, the first thing I wonder is why there aren't any punctuation marks, and then I wonder what exactly happened. Some details would remind the staff as to what happened so they can address the problem.
They are pretty nice.

OMG the whole crew that works there is wonderful.They went out of their way to do a great job.
Semi regular there. Never had an issue. Large parties or small parties, staff is friendly and prompt. Does get super busy at times and it's the nature of a bar.
Everyone has always been very chill and pleasant in my experience.
Never had any problems here, always been waited on and taken care of here
