I went with a group all of drinking age and were joined by a few younger people partway through. At that point the establishment let us know that all drinking had to occur in the bar area from that point until they left. Hope that goes towards answering the question.
I think you should be able to use the karaoke rooms I also think they ID on the spot for drinks. No harm in asking them, I think it's likely they'll let you just karaoke!
All ages are welcome but on Fridays and Saturdays, it is 21+. If you are with 21+ friends/family, the majority of the time it is ok. Some weekends we do bend the rule a bit so just call and we will check for you.
