This place has no communication between staff. Bill was paid in cash and room in card the establishment ran outside trying to say it wasn’t paid causing a seen of embarrassment. For all what was supposed to be a night of fun turning into a nightmare. Would never recommend this place to any one it’s a rip off and unprofessional staff. They were also serving minors alcohol no ID check here. You can say what you want sir. I have the videos of the minors drinking alcohol in your establishment. Cranberry Vodka With A Lime It was a total of 8 drinks served, my children were patrons and were underage own up to your errors. The card was evidently charged two times for the same charge Your employees had the card from the fees being paid upfront thanks again josh for serving my teenage kids drinks and causing a scene for your error😒

It is hard to find a family karaoke in Dallas, that has small private room and not just bar singing hall, so we were happy to find this one. We were skeptical about the song choice first because we don't like K Pop or Today's music or rap and RnB. So we called first to make sure they have some 80s 90s songs. They prepared the room for us with English choices songs and we were so happy to find Radiohead, Pearl Jam, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, REO Speedwagon. The guy explained to us how to choose the songs very detail so we won't mess up. 1 hour $36 tax and tip included, not that bad. This is our trial and we will probably come back. The reason why we didn't give 5 stars is just because we didn't like the area of the town that quite sketchy and not so family friendly. But overall we are satisfied with the service and songs choice.

Dang people; were all of you in a bad mood when you wrote a review for this place? Shesh! This place is not bad, food's ok, drinks are reasonably price, the staff itself isn't the greatest but they have a lot of variety in the music choices; the latest equipments they have installed make your party room seem like it's little club. Sometimes there's a wait on rooms though. I always have a great time when i go there and i've been coming back since 2008. I've seen that place through it's worst. The location is kinda secluded but probably b/c of the noise. We are not in NYC or KOREA stop having supernatural expectations.

Yes it is. They have a wide variety of songs that kids would love.
Yes, we have a 60 spot parking lot. Free parking. You still have to walk a little bit though after you park, but nothing to stretch first for.
Hi Shante, Family Karaoke does not do open mic karaoke where you sing in front of everyone and strangers.. They do private room karaoke which is just you and your friends/family singing in a private room. It seems weird at first i know but once you experience it, it's really fun.
Hi, they have a huge catalog of Korean music and play kpop in the lounge all the time.
No
You can pick different languages. I can't recall if Portuguese was one of them.
I went with a group all of drinking age and were joined by a few younger people partway through. At that point the establishment let us know that all drinking had to occur in the bar area from that point until they left. Hope that goes towards answering the question.
You pay per hour and the amount per room depends on the size.
You can't smoke indoors in any place that serves food in Dallas and the food here is pretty good.
Songs come from TJ Media and are all licensed. They make agreements with the record labels. The artists you mentioned will have some or none of their songs on list. Unfortunately even for the business, there is no way to influence what gets added. The open mic karaoke places will have these songs. However they are using them without proper licensing which will subject them to fines and legal action.
