Came here to inquire about leasing unit for my elderly uncle. Was met with an unwelcoming frown by apartment manager. No greeting, no smile, just a stare. Asked for information and was advised everything was online. I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with the black woman with light eyes. TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSSION!

My father in law is staying here for about a week for rehab on his knee after surgery. I can not imagine the things that those who live here have to deal with. The nurses do not come when he pushes the button and when they do the wait is at least 30 minutes. The living condition is horrible. There are roaches everywhere. Dirty rags that are brown and dried hard left in the shower. There's trash all over the floors. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the place has been cleaned in a VERY LONG TIME. I wish I could add the pictures I took of this place to let all see the condition 😔 Please if you have loved ones here please please please go check on them.
Utterly Designed
My mother lives here and has been here for 3 years and hopefully the last. It is roach infested. They exterminate but nothing. They can not keep an adequate management staff nor maintenance. My mother's apartment flooded and they brought fans to dry the carpet instead of removing it. There was mold on the walls, ceilings leaking, caulking uplifting in the bathroom. I have put in several work orders through the year and only a temporary fix. I've been sitting outside for an hour waiting on them to return from lunch from 1pm to 2:19pm and no one. Gosh lunch must last for 3 hours. There is a sign on the door saying out for lunch. Very sub standard management company. Sad...

Management is horrible and disrespectful.

The manager doesn't know her stuff! Anything that is offered with the unit upon renting it must be kept in working order unless there is some verbage in your lease contract that specifically states in the event of the microwave going out it will not be fixed or replaced.
Did they say why you had to pay rent twice

She'll need to go to DHS. This property is project based.
