Called in asking about what guns they had and instead of helping me over the phone it was easier to play dumb, act like they didnt have the gun, and then tell me i needed to come in person to see anything. Nice job, idiots.

They are a great place. Read other peoples reviews, but most of them are lacking just common sense. There are a bunch of idiots on here. “They didn’t call me”. “ They hate people of color”, I am people of “color”, I always get respect at there place. All these complaints are adult children crying. This company runs a good biz, and if you need to buy or sale something they will do their jobs and get you the best price they can offer. It’s a pawn shop “NOT” Neiman Marcus. They don’t have to go over and beyond. I have been back and will return again.

Literally tells me I can’t pay card when it clearly states accepts visa Mastercard etc on the checkout. I leave to go get cash and the employee fails to tell me they close in 2 minutes. I come back 2 minutes after they close and nobody is even going to open the door to acknowledge I’m back. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Unfriendly staff,a few will acknowledge you.You can find some bargains.I wish the old crew was there,managed by Chris.They were the best,but he moved out of state and the crew left.I wish I knew where they are I would take my business to them.
