Once your sent to collections you owe the balance. Your chance to dictate your payments past when you didnt pay in first place. Collection companies are not required to finance your debt

Rude, unhelpful, horrible customer services. Unwilling to assist in resolving the dispute. No terms but payment in full regardless of ability to pay.

Going through same thing apartment sent in a fraudulent claim and they say they need paper work even though the federal government said you cannot evict nobody during covid crisis and they changed managment and did it anyways. I have 3 lawers on the case and will be sueing them very soon

Tyeisha they did the same thing to me. I called them to make a payment arrangement and was informed I had to pay all in one lump sum or nothing and they were putting me down as refusal to pay.
