TERRIBLE. I had signed my lease over several years ago, this was sent to pro collect stating I owed the rest of my lease. They would not help. Hung up on me. Was the rudest customer service rep I have ever experienced. And I talked to 3 of them. Would not send me to a supervisor. Hung up on me again. From the immediate hello they were very rude. Now I cannot sign a lease anywhere else because these people won’t do anything!!!! I need help asap. This company is terrible.

Zero stars! After numerous attempts to get answers via phone, I was put on hold to speak to the supervisor and was hung up on after 13 minutes. I will be reporting this company. Let's get the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau involved.

I was only calling to check and account that i paid before went to collections and they were really rude to me. Im reading the reviews and I see it’s being happening a lot. They’re customer service and their job is to be nice with everyone. They couldn’t help me at all I can’t believe that apartments work with this kind of collection company. The person I spoke to even said “ my job is not to wait and be on hold with you and I’m very busy” I understand that their job can be frustrated and busy but that’s don’t give them their right to talk rude to the customer.

Same I was falsely accused of a debt took me 3 years until I hired a lawyer to sue them and even then they will not respond. worst group of people ever. and still have the nerves to send out a Negitve collection report in my name to this day.

The first couple of times I tried to pay a debt off it was awful. I always spoke with a young lady that had the worst attitude. Last time I called and talked to a young man and he was very nice and helped me solve my problem within 20 minutes or less.
FYI...its against the law (FDCPA) to refuse someone's payment in regards to collection agencies. I would hire an attorney fast.

It basically has the creditors info and yours and states that the balance is paid in full...along with a copy of the receipt

I talked to a rep through the chat. You can go to ace cash express or money Gram and pay by you have to have you account number and their receive code in order to do so and then give them the information to pick it up
I had a charge from Gexa Energy for $50 appear on my credit report. I simply disputed it with the credit bureaus. Experian removed it the same day that I disputed it. All I said was, "How is it even possible to have an electric bill for exactly $50?"
