Every balance has a buy out or pay off rate. This is the least you can pay and still have the debt cleared. Ask them for the buy out rate and they'll give it to you

Its OK. Bankruptcy is always an option and then these people get nothing. That is exactly what they deserve.

I worked with a ms bendy and she was actually helpful. The company itself will not work with prices bc you gotta pay them if you like it or not but if you get her she will help you

I asked them for a pay out rate and they took off a 3rd of my debt for me, but when my husband called about the same debt on his record, they told him there was nothing they could do for him. And he called a no th before I did

They don't acknowledged a court order of debt spilt in half. You try to make a payment & they tell you they are marking it as refusal to pay, you ask for a bill but, they dont send you one yet tell you they did in Dec when you know you called after your divorce in Feb. Never received a bill, offer to pay, but get denied because I called yet I only knew cuz my credit report. Literally, been a hassle. Try talking to a superviser or manager been put on hold and told it was a superviser case. Had to call back once again get put on hold by a superviser. All because they assumed I had acess to pay my debt because I call them. I only had info because my credit report. Also was told I set payments with a credit card under my name & never follow through. I never owned a credit card and ask how it was possible and the last 4 yet the subject was change and in the same conversation told they sent a payment plan was sent by mail. After repeatly telling them I never receive a bill & much more.
