I have been a customer for years and I understand what people are saying about the drive through people being short but I honestly prefer that to the other places that make their employees say " Hi welcome to ....... how are you today"? It is a waste of time making them say it and I feel awkward to just say I am fine. The proper thing to do is say I am doing well, how is you day going bit I don't want to say that and they don't want me to ask. Lol
I have never had anyone who works here cut me short the drive through workers are courteous even when the line is long they are quick to get people thru the line so the wait is not forever l like in some places
...keep the line Moving! Sometimes they can be short but it's not on purpose. They still smile when you get to the window.
I have found them to always be friendly
They are short with you at times but its about getting the customer through quickly. I have never had a rude encounter with any of their employees an have been a customer for approximately 13 years.
So true, the drive thru workers are so rude. But, the food is bomb!
"ORDER PLEASE!" is just classic BT's.
I totally agree. They could work on their social manners.Straight up rude EVERY SINGLE TIME.But the food is good!
After ordering their taco, fries, drink combo for many years, my husband finally convinced me to try their cheese hamburger combo & I loved it! Have ordered it a few times. One recommendation: don't order their so-called "ice cream". Its actually ice with skim milk or freeze on a cone. Instead, drive a few blocks north on Mooney Blvd & have a REAL ice cream cone at Foster's Freeze! ☺ I agree, parking is terrible, especially if the cars is backed up nearly to Mooney and you're trying to back up to leave. 😒
