My mother lived at this mobile home park for many years . My brother now lives there. The spaces for homes are large and homes are not on top of each other. The residents are very friendly and have very attractive, individualized landscape areas around their mobile homes. This facility has been well maintained over the years and doesn't show signs of neglect or need of maintenance. The grounds have man-made ponds and streams running thru out the facility, creating a very relaxing and inviting ambiance. The only negative thing I can say is that the ponds and streams attract wild geese which poop all over. The managers do their best to keep things clean, but it is a challenge. Some residents feed the geese, some say don't feed the geese so they will go away...

westlake village is ran by unprofessional management who dont know how to do much of anything to answer your question. very rude and untrustworthy people. residents are great but management however are miserable and fake. will say anything to get you to move in once you do they dont care about you just want your money. a lot of work they do is not legal or up to code. also adding chlorine to falling apart outdated smelly ponds eating away under houses and scooping out dead fish weekly. everything from pipes to wires have bandaids, like makeup on a pig. just give it time Pam I personally saw it all not just from a resident perspective. agree with Peter much cleaner and more to do across the street with better management and updates. if you want trees and water dont spend money here go somewhere actually worth it.
