Main cross street is Akers and Tulare, entrance is opposite the school across the street.
There are spaces available for rent but you need to pass a background check and you need to own your trailer and I dont know if year has anything to do with it

Yes, two pets per space are permitted. Indoor pets only, no exterior pet habitats are allowed. Some breed restrictions are inforced.
I believe its based on income. Would suggest coming down to the office and asking. They do require u buy or buying the mobile home. It is not a rent a mobile home type park.
