Everything is wonderful since we moved here. The lady at the front office is super nice and helpful and the maintenance crew is super friendly and helpful. All my neighbors are nice and we look out for each other! Best decision moving here!

Yes.. There is I believe you can get information at the office but I'm pretty sure there is a couple of them for sale

They will approve you based on if you have good credit, but you have to rent or own a mobile home in the park.
