I have read a lot of their reviews on this mobile home and RV park first off let me add it is a 55 and older So pretty much a senior citizen park we stayed at Country Manor in Visaila seven months while my husband was working in the area I will tell you the good the bad and the ugly, first off the good thing is this property is very well-managed it is quiet and it is clean I appreciated that there was a treadmill and the clubhouse, however there are a lot of rules and very strict about one that I thought was ridiculous I have a college age daughter that is working on her PhD in a neighboring college she was coming to visit and it was in the very hot summertime the property manager informed me that my daughter would not be able to swim in the pool because of Covid however none of the residents had to test for Covid before entering the pool I explain to her that my daughter got tested before she left and could provide her test results I also I also explained that she was vaccinated but the answer was still no I felt terrible telling my daughter that she could not get into the pool But if you we’re expecting to have a Child, grandchild Come to visit expect that they probably will not feel welcome. Also country Manor became very expensive we started out with the rent $800 a month and then in January 2022 went up to $865 a month plus our electric bill ranged from $400-$650 a month I hope that I have enlightened someone if you are planning on staying at country Manor For any length of time.

The staff is very nice and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Would recommend to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. Close to anything you might need in town as well. They keep the grounds clean as appealing to look at.

Very quiet. And a great location. Plus the manager is super friendly. It is for 55 and over which makes it nice for us older folks.

Clearly there are much older Rvs in the park older than 2008. Was told my 2007 RV which is nicer than most on the park is not allowed there.

I'm sorry, thought it was for something else. I'm not sure abt the cable though, probably AT&T, which is where the bundle would come into play.
